Ep 36 Honoring Someone Else's Grief & Pain When You're Grieving
Show Notes

I always want to give you a new perspective, a different way of looking at things to help you on your grief and healing journey. This episode does just that. In it I share:

  • Something I read and hear from a lot of bereaved Moms that triggers them and makes them angry
  • Why we all come from our own experience in life
  • Why it’s important to honor someone else’s “worst” loss and pain
  • What people are trying to do when they say certain things
  • What happens when we get triggered by what someone says or does to us
  • My invitation to you if what I share here triggers or upsets you
  • How we hurt ourselves when we lash out at someone else
  • What usually lies beneath our anger

As always, there’s no judgment in what I’m sharing. If you’ve done this in the past, don’t judge or criticize yourself for it. Remembering that we all come from our own unique experiences in life might help you the next time you’re faced with a similar situation.
