All 4 of the Pillars of Wellness are necessary for optimal health and for helping us connect with our children in Spirit. They want to connect with us! But we have to meet them part way. 

In this episode, I dive into my own health journey, and what I had done before my son went to Heaven that has helped me navigate my grief journey in a way that honors his life and legacy, and allows me to help others on their grief journey.

The shifts I made in my life, and that I encourage you to make, are simple - but they aren't necessarily easy. Yet, as with everything, we have a choice.
