To light that spark the world told you to dim. The spark that aches to burn brightly. As women, we’ve lost that spark and with it, our connection to pleasure. The energy has felt very heavy recently, but we might feel some relief as we head into a new Season!
In a few days we have a New Moon in Virgo, Mercury is about to go direct again, Venus went direct a few days ago, Jupiter just went Retrograde, and we're on the brink of the Autumnal Equinox (or the Spring Equinox for those in the Southern Hemisphere). That's a lot of shifting energies, and in this episode I dive into what it all means and how we can use it on our healing journeys.
As we set our intentions during the upcoming New Moon in Virgo, I invite you to reflect on where you are, and where you desire to journey next in your life and in your healing in order to reclaim your sovereignty.
