Do you ever wonder why some people seem to have a more difficult time healing from trauma and loss than others? Maybe you're one of them. Others seem to heal at a more rapid rate and/or turn their pain into something meaningful. And yet, we all seem to take a step or two back at various points along our healing journeys.
After being thrown back a few steps myself this year, I started looking into why we all heal at different rates and in different ways. In my exploration, I discovered that we each have unique healing codes which are imprinted on our at the moment of our birth.
In this episode I share more about why we each heal differently, why some things work for some of us but not others, and so much more.
