Lori Latimer

This special episode is dedicated to my late friend, Taire.

In the intro episode to this podcast, I talked about grief being like an unwanted dance partner that we all tango with at various times throughout our lives. Today, grief unexpectedly took my hand for yet another spin around the dance floor.

The death of my high school friend to Covid-19 hit me hard for many reasons. Sitting in it, I realized that it’s yet another layer of grief for me to process. In this episode I share:

  • Where the layers of grief we carry come from
  • What changes in us after we lose a child and then experience subsequent losses
  • Why it’s important to feel all of our grief, each time we have another experience of it
  • What I’m not doing with my grief

Thank you for listening to this special episode.
