From corporate career to Happiness Coach to Compassionate Bereavement Care provider, Karen Castilon has been through many transitions in her life.

Karen’s oldest son, Josh, left this life in 2014. She talks about the guilt her family experienced after Josh’s transition and the words she heard the night he transitioned.
