Show Notes

This episode is heavy, but it’s a topic that needs to be brought out into the Light.

An alarming number of bereaved Moms have recently made the choice to leave this life by their own hand. I’m a bereaved Mom, so I understand the feelings of pain, hopelessness, despair, and so much more.

In this episode, I share my own moment of just not wanting to be here anymore, and how I picked myself up off the floor and chose to honor my life, my children, my grandchildren, and my Soul.

These are the conversations that make us uncomfortable. The conversations we avoid. The conversations that are kept hush-hush. But they’re the conversations that just might help someone know that they still matter (whether they’re a bereaved parent or anyone else).
